The purpose of research was to study the problems and distribution of drug addicts in Chachoengsao Province. The data was collected and analysed from the reports and the statistics about drug addiction and drug cases from five Government offices. There were 3192 cases. At Chachoengsao Hospital, from the past 3 year records, there were 249 drug addicts admintted. At Thanyarak Hospital, in the year 1982, 206 drug addicts patients came from Chachoengsao Province. From a research on students experiencing drug addict at Chachoengsao Teachers College in 1982, 436 students. From Chachoengsao Provincial Police Headquarters 3 year records, 1302 persons were arrested because of the narcotic drugs problems. And finally from also the past 3 year records of Chachoensao Prison, there were 999 prisoners being persecuted for narcotics involvement. The conclusion are as follows: the most significant problem of the drug addicts and drug cases in Chachoengsao Province they prefered heroin, then followed by marihauna Kratom opium alcoholics sedative analgesics and amphetamine. The age of the problem persons were between 20-39 years old. The spread of the narcotic drugs had extended into 8 of 9 districts and subdistricts of Chachoengsao Province.
