The purpose of this study was to develop the care system of alcohol related disorders inpaticnts. Rescearch subjects were 786 patients, 15 nurses and 15 nurse aids. Research instruments were guideline for focus group discussion, indept interview, alcohol withdrwal scale and motivation interviewing. The research collected in three phases, one was stituational analysis by focus group and problem survey, two was literature review and developed the clinical practice guideline and three content analys, percentage and mean were used in data analysis. Major findings were follows: 1. Care system for alcohol related disorders inpatients 2. Clinical Practice Guideline for alcohol related disorder
