Objective: Testimonial irritability (easily anger-triggered) is a testament to one of psychotic symptoms in these patients. Methods: The comparative study between two groups, 110 patients and 100 control cases (normal population, adolescent group in Technical School). Psychotic symptoms evaluation and assessment in 7 symptoms that frequently found, each symptom was graded between 5 degrees of severity. Results: Descending hierarch of 7 symptoms was insomnia, irritability, anorexia, paranoid, auditory hallucination, fearful, visual hallucination. Overall picture of the symptoms was related with the history of amphetamine used in the past-time, especially above moderate degree of severity. Conclusion: Irritability above moderate degree of severity was associated with other frank psychotic symptoms and vulnerable to be a presenting symptom of psychotic features. However, every symptom was disappeared within 6.65 weeks (mean); one and a half month; during the treatment and standard deviation was 4.70.
