The author reports the comparison of Colloidal gold reaction with Takata-Ara reaction for C.S.F. of 140 specimens, the result of Takata-Ara reaction deviates only 1.43% from Colloidal gold Reaction. The author suggests that only small laboratory room should accept Takata-Ara reaction in prognosis anddiagnosis of neurosyphilitic patients.
