This study aimed to the quality of life of aging women in an Aging Clinic of Chiang Mai Neurological Hospital. The objectives were to study life quality of aging women who receive services in the mentioned clinic and to compare the life quality depending on their baseline information. A questionnaire as used to interview 169 aging women aged 60 years or more who came to the clinic between July to December 1996. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, comparison of two means, and analysis of Variance were analysed by using SPSS. The results were that aging women who received services at the clinic had an intermediate level inlife satisfaction, self attgributes, health and body function, and socio-economic aspects. Life quality of aging women who came to clinic were different by means of their place if living, monthly family income, heving enough income, the knowledge of having agine clinic, and exercise. When focusing on each aspect of the life quality, we found that the aging women's satisfactions were different in monthly family income having enough income knowledge of having aging clinic, and exercise (p=0.05) in the aspects of health and body funciton, there were significant different related to their place of living (p=0.05) in socio-economic aspect there were signticant dillerent with respect to their place of living monthly family income, and exercise.
