The auther presents a review of sexual disorders in his experience as chief of Psychiatric Division of Pra Mongkut Klao Army Hospital. The problems presented vary from sterility dyspareunia menstrual tension habitual abortion labour oanic frigidity impotence and sexual perversions. These patients suffered because of the TABOO associated with anything sexual. The shame and stigma of suffering from sexual disorders prevented them from seekingpsychiatric help at the earliest possible moment. Unless this Taboo is abolished these pitiable pateints will continue to conceal their problems and to suffer for ever.
