Statistical data reveals an expected arising problem of the increasing number of psychiatric patients who receive services from all psychiatric hospital. The alarming fact is the anticipated incapacity of the hospitals to give adquate services to them all, which will consequently give trouble to the population. In fact, the Division of Mental Hospital, Department of Medical Services, has planned a project to provide more space and to increase manpower for future situation. The author contributes the following accounts:- 1. Disclosure of an increasing rate of patients receiving psychiatric services during the last 5 years, which indicates an expected number of patients in the future. 2. The belief in life long maintenance of drugs in many patients which is their motiv to regularly attend the hospital services 3. The annual amount of time and money consumed by patients in coming for services during the last 3 years are calculated. 4. A future plan is suggested to relief the overloaded responsibility of the psychiatric hospitals, and to give a simultaneous economic advantage to the patients.
