The author reported ten cases of women clients, who had suffered from Bah Tschi. For each case, interview of history physical examination and psychological testing were performed. All cases were born and raised in central part of Thailand. The average age was about 54.6 and the average age of onset was 28.3. The symptoms were some what similar to Malay cases as revealed; echopraxia echolalia, coprolalia and automatic obedience. Precipitating causes Played an important part in the beginning of the symptoms as well as personality concerned. Psychological testing showed that intelligence was at borderline level wish extraversion personality. According to Latah it is not regarded as a disease in Thai community. However, three out of ten cases needed psychiatric treatment. One case was suffering from anxiety and insommia. The other two cases were anxious to overcome the symptoms. One case tried to perform Buddhist medication for treatment which worked out quite well.
