The purpose of this study is to identliy the risk condition data of the students the method of attitude changing and the factors related to their attitude from 638 students in Utaithani Province, by using the questionaires and the attitude tests. The studey showed that the risk condition studnets were 23.67%. The average attitude value was 3.34. After changing the attitude increased in the better way from 83.5 to 96.8%. The factors related to the attitude and drinking or smoking were statistically important different (p‹0.001). Those factors were having drug addict friends, having drug addict friends in the same residence and the mixing groups of other friends.
