Many Patients aspects of the day hospital were reviewed since it had been generally accepted that this facility was the best of all important parts of comprehensive community services. The model would provide minimume disruption of ordinary life function, avoid unnecessary service, re-establish the previous successful patterns of adjustment, partially maintain within their own community, and resume their normal life as soon as possible. The author fell that The Psychiatric Association of Thailand should take the step encouraged all mental health administrators to establish the day care program throughout psychiatric services.
