์Nowadays, people are facing challengins social problems such as the rising of the costs of living crime traffic accidents and conflicts with relatives, working staff and close friends. This may disturb their mental conditions. In our every-day life, we also struggle and compete with one another. We are sometimes disappointed of promotion, departure from those we love or the loss of the beloved and respected ones. Such events gravely affect our emotions. The acceptance of the common characteristics existing in all things, tangible or in tangible, virtually concerns our mental problem. If we realize that successfulness and unsuccessfulness or satisfaction and dissatisfaction are inevitable to happen to all people, we will find the way to stay out of the troubles. If we are tightly at tached to all what we have done and expected, the mental problem will be the consequence. The realizarion of the common characteristics of all things and self control are a means to maintain our peaceful mind and happiness forever
