Freudian-orthodex psychoanalysis about sexual drive is reviewed. A pilot study of psychoanalysis in an interesting case of early psychic trauma in phallic period is presented. The technique of psychoanalysis through free association in such patients, does help in revealing castration anxiety, oedipal complex, incest feeling, feeling of rejection, and sibling rivalry. The author emphasizes the meaning of sex not merely as genital sex, but also that of other gratifying zones.
