History, definition symptoms and theories of Conversion Reaction have been discussed. One typical case of Conversion Reaction is presented with classical symptom of convulsion orgasm-liked. This patient is a Single Muslim man who has sex conflice. He is overwhelmed with guilt feelings of breaking religious rules. The rules and regulation of sexual relationship for Muslim have been told by Kunging Samorn Puminarong. They are disscussed breifly in the paper.
