The author has analysed 69 cases which have been admitted at Nittichitawej Hospital (Forensic Psychiatric Hospital) for psychiatric evaluation. These cases were referred from the police, prison and judicial system between October 1, 1976 and September 30, 1977. Most of the cases were male and the mean age was 29.55 years old. The psychiatric diagnosis was illustrated as defined in the Criminal Act (BE. 2499).
