Sexual behavior, in different stages of addiction were studied in 52 heroin addicts admitted in Pramongkutklao Hospital. The results conclusions are as followings. In early stage of addiction, sexual feeling is decreased and characterized by decreasing in frequency of sexual intercourse with prolonged pre-ejaculation time. In later stage of addiction, there is no sexual feeling or being impotence. In early stage of treatment or detoxification, there is hypersexuality characterized by increased frequency of wet dream, masturbation, morning erection, premature ejaculation and short pre-ejaculation time. In later stage of treatment or rehabilitation, hypersexuality in most cases are gradually decreased to normality within 6 months. There is no permanent sexual impairment.
