The purpose of this research was to study the effects of Neuro-Linquistic Program on self-esteem of drug addicts at the Burrapha Youth's House. The sample were 11 male drug convicts aged 17-19, who were willing to join the program and stay at the Burapha Youth's House throughout the study time. The instruments in this research were the counseling program of Global Unconscious Reforming technique in Neuro-Linguistic Program and the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory. The interventions were administered individually for two sessions. Each session was forty to sixty minutes long. The research design was Single-Factor Experimental Having Repeated Measure on the Same Element. The study was divided into three phases : the pretest phase, the posttest phase and the follow up phase occurred three weeks later. The data was analyzed by repeated measure analysis of variance and testing difference among mean by the Mewman-Keul's test of multiple-comparison procedures. The result revealed the drug addicts had high self-esteem in the posttest phase and the follow up phase at a statistically significance at .05 level.
