1. Principle and reason: Living in the society nowadays, people have to adjust themselves to the changes around them which may cause them to be unhinged and have their health problems; besides, it has reduced the abilities of bringing up so that many grown-up children would become the cause of social problem e.g. addiction, stealing etc. These may retard the national development. 2. Objective : To disseminate and publicize our concepts and successful ways of bringing up a child by heart including serving people, families, and the communities how to raise a child by heart giving advice and being an expert in the seminars. 3. Concept and Significance : To bring up a child by heart, the participants have to be kind and sincere. All people have to make a clean mind such as to get rid of anger, greed, and misguiding. If the garbage in mind is eradicated, the mind will purify and clean. There is no resentment, the calmness in mind a caused of being more reasonable and having merit and good moral, especially for the parents who are raising their child by heart, without anger, greed, and misguiding. If you bring your child up by heart, you will conquer your child. Yet, supposing you raised your child by money, your could hot buy him by your money. The author has applied this concept for bringing up my two kids as a result of this case, it caused my children to realize how to be good citizens. Even though my younger child, sometimes he used to play the hooky and ran away home when he was the young teenager. With the merit and good moral or to raise my kids by kindness and pure heart. Finally, I could take him out of the social distractions and now he becomes a good citizen. Besides bringing up a child heart, the author has applied 3 methods to show how to raise children as follow ; 1. To show how to do pepper things is to practice the proper and perfect things to exemplify for the kinds. 2. To be a teacher is to rule the kinds with the justice mind, being honest mind, not to have a low mind. To be their good models so that they will follow the rules. 3. To apply the outstanding points is to encourage and support the kid's abilities by sharing their thinking and working with them and then help development together. Therefore, fathers, mothers or parents should change their ways of bringing up a child by using the concept of bringing up a child by heart and development the human resources by showing them how to do good things, being their teacher, and applying the outstanding points for the country development.
