On the fact that many persons who have narcotic addiction because of their mental health problems which can not resolve by themseleves. To create mental strength for mental immuniaztion is the method directly to prevent nacotic drug problems. To be number one project had activities focuson mental health promotive immunization for communities by training education and skill to leader group of communities and families. These groups have responsible for supporting mental health provotive activities and primary care people who had mental health problems. Deviation form narcotic drugs to participate in community activities will prevent drugs problems. This project had objectives to participative communication in mental health activities by leader groups of communities and families and to having in communities refrain from narcotic drugs. Target groups are leader group of communities and families for 20 per community and 900 totals, 45 communities of central district in Mahasarakham province. The operation had 4 stages, first preparing mahasafakham Itospital network sub-district health officers for 29 offices trained to have skill for providing activities which fit for each communities by participation of people in communitie. Stage 2, training education and in primany care of mental health problems people tp members in communities and going on by each communities, stage 3 supporting to provide activities in continually and acting as advisor. Stage 4, monitoring and evaluatings and supportive activities. The result that can estabilushed 45 groups and 22,500 members in To Be Number One project. Five proferable activities are aerobics, athletics against narcotic drugs public relation in narcotic drugs in formation, side-line revenue, development forlovely living villages. Thes operations are one of guidance to prevent narcotic drugs problems in communities it has necessary to all relevant persons have to review benefit and suitable procedure under changing situation with concept that community was the ownership of narcotic drugs problems thus all created activities should come from community needs in order to ustaunable prevention of drugs problems.
