Muni Winslow, head and consultant psychiatrist of the community addictions management program, Singapore (CAMP) will be presenting on Motivation and change in Addictions. Using the Stages of Change Model, he will describe a client centered, evidence-based method for enhancing motivation. He will cover the fundamental concepts of motivational interviewing and introduce the use of brief interventions in addressing denial and ambivalence. Dr. Winslow brings with him over 15 years of experience working in the field of addictions.
