This research is aimed to studey the number of people who are affected with mental health problems in Phaseechareon and Nongkam. This study is based on the "Cornell Medical Index" questionares. We translated the questionares into Thai by having the original purposes and added ten questions that we had built them up. Sll of them are the questions about adaptational, emotional, economical and familial problems. We interviewed 200 people by random sampling method in Phaseechareon and Nongkam. Results were interpreted in percent and srithematic mean in the form of graph. Result were as follow: 1. People in phaseechareon and Nongkam have mental health problems (18 in 200) 40.50% 2. To compare the stages of mental health affected in defferent occupations and all of people are as follows: 2.1 Comparing mental health problems of all people. 2.1.1 Unemployees have mental health problems 56.129% 2.1.2 Government official and staff have mental health problems 23.529% 2.1.3 Labours have mental health problems 66.667% 2.1.4 Gardeners and house keepers have mental health problems 16.667% 2.2 To compare mental health problems in different occupations 2.2.1 For labours we find that emotional problems is the most problems 48.387% and family problems follow 32.258% 2.2.2 Government officials and staff have problems about economic family and emotional at the same level 11.764% and the least affected problems is adaptation 7.058% 2.2.3 For labours the most problems is economic 66.667% and follow by familial problems 46.667% 2.2.4 Gardeners have highest level of economical problems 29.167% the second problems is adaptation 20.833% Supported by the Psychiatric Nurses Society of Thailand.
