Twenty-five glue sniff addicts admitted at Thanyarak Hospital, Prathum Thani Province were studied on the effects of glue sniffing on hormones. The result showed that the glue sniff effected on cortisol hormone significantly but it did not effect on testosterone (T), Iuteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulaling hormone (FSH), prolactin PRL and thyroxine (T) The effect on cortisol hormone lasted in 35 days after treatment.
