The pupil with neuropsychological learning disabilities is different from the slow learner and mentally retardation child. There are specific impairments in development of the brain and central nervous system that affects the brain 's functions such as using language concentration attention memory psychomotor, anaysis and problem solving. The researcher studied and established the screening Rating Scale which can classify and detect the pupils who suffer from neuropsychological impairment. The way to proced a meuropsychological remedial program including both a school remedial program and home remedial program to help the child. With the cooperation of every person concerned the pupil who suffer from various learning impairments can benefit and improve their learning capacities.
