There are many evidences which indicate the inadequacy of the psychiatrists such as suicides and psychiatric illnesses which the psychiatrists have suffered. Many psychiatrists did not get along well in working with their associates. This is the disaster to mental health program of the country. The author suggested that the psychiatrists should reconsider this problem seriously and should be kind to each other and try to help each other correct the inadequacy.
