The report was an initiated study on teacher students mental health understanding. All subjects were students from first grade to fourth grade. Petchburi Withyalongkorn Patoom-Tani and they were picked up only 10% of all students randomly. The result was that most students knew the differences between neurosis and psychosis rather well but not very much in details. Only small number of subjects indicated that a poor-child rearing was the major cause of those pathological symptoms. Furthermore, most students believed that rich men were more easily get mental illness than the poor one and men in urban resident had a more chance to be than one who lived in up-country, they would go to look for psychiatrist of they were mentally ill or told their parents and helping themselves would be the last.
