It is the study of I.Q. of 253 Young Offenders, ages 15-27, who were caught in various problems and sent be at Youth Offenders Institutions, Nakornpathom Province. They were under the care of Department of Corrections, Ministry of Interior. Progressive Matrices 1958 Test was administered. The result shows that the I.Q between 80-90 or Dull Normal Range significantly related to most of the young's various kinds of fault were done. Most of them made the offense against property.
