Addiction is the great obstruction to the development of any country. Therefore, Premier Thanin Kraivichien rated it the first problem to be solved. This study serves his aim by showing some background of young Heroine addicts who were arrested and sent to the central Observation and Protection Center, Central Juvenile Court in the year 1975. It is found that most of them have average IQ, immature personality and family problems especially broken home. This economic status is in average and poor level. More them 80% are out of school and nearly half of them don't have any work their educational background are rather poor (Prathom 1-4) Two third of them never be arrested before. Most of there young addicts told about the first time of their heroine addict. Smoking that they are suggested by their friends. Some confessed that tried Heroine themselves because of their curiosity. Fortunately, more them half never try Heroine by Intravenous Injection.
