It is the study of I.Q. of 190 boys, ages 10-19. Who were caught in various problems and sent to be at Huaypong Home, Rayong province. They were under the care of the Public Welfare Department, Ministry of Interior. Progressive Matrices Test was administered. The result shows that the I.Q. between 80-89 or dull Normal Range significantly related to most of the boys various kinds of fault were done.
