The main purpose of this study is to compare the difference in the ability of Muang Chiang Mai District Primary Education's teachers in using the handbook for evaluating the intelligence of the children 2-15 years of age, before and after the teacher was trained and after the follow-up assessment. The sample of this study consists of teachers, 25 males and 37 females. The sample group were trained to use the handbook and an assessment program was carried out after training. Questionnaires were used to assess the ability of these teachers in using the handbook before training after training and after the follow-up assessment program. The result of this study revealed that the teachers who took part in the training program receive a significantly higher score after training and after the follow-up than before training. There was however no significant difference in the teachers ability after training and after follow-up.
