Human behaviour. Thought, inner feelings and automatic haviour; both normal and abnormal are compounded and influenced by the centuries of news re-echoeing reverberating an apparent-concious or obsure-sub-concious way. Therapeutic experiences especially psychotherapeutic and symotomatic or non-specific treatment have had their root far and deep. To appreciate the healing experience is such an indispensable contribution to better understanding of the patients and doctor a like a pre-requisite for establishing good doctor-patient relationship. Buddhism and Hinduism are sine quo no the proper approach to patients in the Far-East especially in Thailand where such is a part and parcel of our way of life. Medical practice in the Western way has had to be. What might be called, easternized more or less in order to have its fullest effect in establishing a good doctor-patient relationship. The author has described miracles. Faith, E.S.P; suggestion as understood in the present or modern concept. They may indicate an existence of some not very well explored higher conciousness of human mind which might be of immense value to our study of human nature. In practice they each, in part or whole are indispencable factors in inititating a psychosomatic changes in the organism in order to call into play the natural healing force in curing bodily ailments re-establishing the balance of trinity body-mind-spirit To understand the outlined therapeutic experience would bring us to increase our humiliation; to humanized our work; to balance our enthusiasn and disappointment; and a better understanding of our profession generally the patient-self next, and the last but not least our own very self Such would deepen our relatedness to pur professiona; brethern and patients as well. It would also bring us to the ever searching but too near to be easily overlooked, inner peace, whithout such our mental health individually and the world health at large will be far and long to come to being let alone the question of probability
