A case of psychotic patient with severe periodontitis was reported. The patient was very suffered from periodontal disease and his mental health was very poor. After he was admitted on psychiatric hospital due to his severe psychotic symptom he was taken to see dentist of the hospital . He was treated until his oral hygiene was good and could adapt himself very well in daily life. This report indicated that dentist had important role in rehabilitating mental health of psychotic patient.
