This study was a mean to evaluate the attitude of different medical personnel toward the groups of the 6th year medical students who had been rotated to gain training experiences at Lampang Hospital since 1984-1988. Questionnaire was designed to focus on cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain, including the impression on personality and behavior of these medical students. The results show that attitude among groups of nurse-aids and other paramedical personnel is more positive (x 2.6+-0.135) with higher confidence that these medical students are capable to become good doctors. Whereas attitude among trainers (physician staffs) is less positive (x2.47+-0.178). The difference may due to the reason that physician staffs trend to use their own past experiences as standard to evaluate the performance of these 6th year medical students. So it is likely that point of standard in the mind of physician staffs trainers would be higher than other groups of medical personnel.
