Polysomnography (PSG) in combination with history talking and physical examination is useful for making the diagnosis and classifying the type of sleep disorders. PSG examination has required a long period to test. The subject should understand the process and cooperate for examination. The technician needs to be well trained in order to mange for the success of the exmination. In addition, an evaluation of the patient condition, wherher they should be tried with Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) or not, is important. A proper decision leads to the patient's safety, economical expense, and time. At the same time, the good sleep reports are coming out for the definite diagnosis and treatment.
