In clinical studying of therapeutic effect of benzodiazepine compounds in 70 anxiety neurotic patients (25 male, 45 female) by using Diazepam, Librium, Norbrium, Frisium, Prasepine, Lexotan, Ativan, Levanxol and Tranxene, and also comparing each one with Diazepam, it has been found that there is no significant difference in statistic value between them. Otherwise the authors have mentioned about therapeutic dose, duration of treatment, side effect which have been found during drug uses and suggested for further studies to get more reliable conclusion.
