AID is a disease that affects individual and society in various dimensions. AID is the most common cause of life disability in Thai people. There are around 700,000 HIV. Positive patients in Thailand and most of them are at work age. So this problem causes a great deal of effect on social and economic status of country, If HIV-positive patients can take care of themselves they should have healthier life and can funcction at full potential. Generally, there are many ways to take care of these HIV. Positive patients. This study is a case report a patient who practiced the four postures qiqong. The health status was evaluated by CD4+T-lyphocytic count, GHQ-30 and stress test. The result of the study showed that health status both physical and mental were improved. This result should be a guildline for HIV-positive patient care.
