This research, Analysis of Mental Health Hot line 1667 service system : Case study of telephone calls to the center of Department of Mental Health, had objectives 1) to describe the hot line 1667 usage characteristics and 2) to find the usage trend of hot line 1667. By using the data from report system that recording the persons who dialled to the center of Department of mental Health from January 2003 to Auguest 2004, the statistical techniques used were descriptive statistics and time series data analysis. The results were 1) There were total calls of 4,225,767 with the average of 138,880 calls per days, the total issues of 2,697,626, the most dialled period was 8 PM. To 9 PM, the most interested story was sex problem, particularly the problem of “How is male masturbation?” the least interested story was the information about health-insurance. Most people thought that the content of hot line 1667 be useful and could be applied to real life 2) There was increasing trend of hot line 1667, usage, so Department of Mental Health should keep opening this hot line. With the improvement of content of hot line 1667 to satisfy with the users and agreed with the strategic and policy of Department of Mental Health with the most efficient and effective.
