This is a survey study. Its purpose was to evaluate the consumer, provider, satisfaction of the Matrix program for Amphetamine dependence and explore problems and demands. The study group was the consumers and providers from 73 hospitals in the Public Health Region XI. The data collection started from September 1st, 2002 to May 31 th, 2003 and was analyzed by mean, percentage and standard deviation. The results found that the satisfaction of most of the consumer was is high level regarding to appropriate services which were belived to quit from amphetamine dependence and the group therapy in the program, the family education group, individual counselling, early recovery skills group, relapse prevention groups and social support group, were the main content of this program, moreover, the clinician interested and accepted respectively. However, private room and the shorter program duration should be adjusted. Whereas, the therapists also felt satisfied due to characteristics of work and its usefulness and made them proud and gained more experience. However, the problems of provision this program were private room and the content.
