Objectives: To study the diagnosis validity, inter reliability test-retest reliability and the application of the Thai version of DIGS. Methods: A total of 204 subjects with establish psychiatric diagnosis by trained psychiatrist were recruited from Siriraj and Arpakorn Kiattiwong Hospital. The subjects were interviewed by an interviewer in the presence of an observer (co-rater) who simultaneously completed a DIGS. Two weeks later, subjects were interviewed again by a third interviewer (retest-interview). We study the diagnosis validity inter-rater and test-retest reliability. Results: The validity of the DIGS is 82.14% The kappa of inter-rater reliability is 0.86 The kappa of test-retest reliability is 0.73 Conclusion: The Thai version of DIGS demonstrated excellent validity and inter-rater reliability, and good 2-week test-retest reliability.
