Objective: To develop a Psychospiritual Therapy Program for addicted patients Materials and Methods: Synthesizing of Psychospiritual Therapy Program based on Consciousness Transformation Program (Krisanaprakornkit T, 2001) and concepts of Transpersonal Psychotherapy. Training for the trainers in 5 days structured course and integrated a new psychospiritual therapy program into Matrix program. Train the addicted patients in twice weekly for 4 weeks as a part in ongoing Matrix program. Evaluate the psychospiritual well-being and psychological symptoms at the end of the program using questionnaires (Spiritual Well-being Questionnaire, SCL-90) and depth interview. Results: 6 trainers had received intensive 5 days training and 12 patients were treated. The spiritual well-being and psychological symptoms got better but did not reach the statistical significant difference (p‹0.05). The patients had satisfied with the understandably and practicality of the program and were able to adopt the practice effectively in their daily lives. Conclusion: Psychospiritual Therapy Program which based on buddhist concept and practices is becoming a challenging model of treating the addicted patients and needs an implementation to a larger scale.
