At the very beginning, questionnaire was used to study the factors that had influence on the reproductive health responsibility of 347 undergraduate male students in Uttraradit, selected by multistage raddom sampling. The difference of men in reproductive health responsibility between an experimental group and a control group was established by t-test and content analysis of focus group discussion. The result showed that the factors, which were related to perception of gender's role and responsibility on reproductive health. Were accommodation, source of sex information. Drinking (p‹0.01), having girlfriends and sexual-intercourse experiences (p<0.05). After six weeks, the average score of reproductive health responsibility in the experimental group increased with higher average score than that of the control group (p<0.001). It was also in line with a qualitative conclusion from the focus group. It was concluded that the male and female students were more reciprocal about the opinion, attitude and behavior. They inturn, treated the opposite sex more sensitively. It is recommended that the promotion of male's role on reproductive health responsibility and the changing attitude of female to increase bargaining power should be should be further developed. This program should be integrated into the regular schools curriculum that could accommodate both sexs to adjust one's role in a relationship.
