To create the normative scores and classified IQ level from the raw scores of the colored progressive mmatrices (CPM) for the Thai population. The subjects of this study were 900 samples, males and females were from five age groups; below 5, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11 years. The obtained data were analyxed by using Kuder-ichardson-20, t-test, level of difficulty, power of discrimination, factor analysis, percentile rank, and regression equation. The results presented the normative scores table and classification of IQ level of the colored progressive matrices for the thai population, which its mean score was 29.67. Gender identity did not effect to mean score at .05 level. The reliability was .91, level of difficulty ranged between .43 to .99 whicg gave the mean of .77. Factor Analysis confirmed spearma's theory which implied that CPM measured "g factor".
