Universal Health care coverage policy is an important shift of direction. One of the main services of this policy is health promotion and disease prevention. This study was amied to survey and compare the health professionals attitude towards Nakhon Pathom Hospital process under this policy. The questionnaires were distributed to 450 staff members of the hospital during November 1-30, 2002. The responding rate was 75.6 percent. most of the samples had good attitude to Universal Health care coverage project and the benefit in case of accident, Nurse had better attitudes towards Nakhon Pathom Hospital process more than other professional groups. The nurses atitude towares PCU activities and family folders were higher than that of the others. Most of the respondents did not agree woth budget allocation.
