This study examined the opinions and satisfaction of participants of the activities on health promotion. In accidental, 4,502 subjects were swlected randomly from the people who participated in the activities on the health promotion held by the Ministry of public health in 12 regions nation-wide. Data was based on the replies to a set of questionaire on opinions and satisfaction relating to the forms of activities, the knowledge about food, the exercises and others. To analyze the data,the researchers used frequencies, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation. It was found the sample groups gained knpwledge anout food mostly from board exhibitions, followed by brochures, and demonstrations. Most knowledge about exercises were through demon strations, followed by aerobic contests and board exhibitions. They were more satisfied/interested in health check-ups, performances on the stages, and board exhibitions. The sample groups from different regions demonstrated unequal satisfaction with the activities on food knowledge, exercises and the activities as a whole. Their opinions on how to apply the newly gained knowledge to taking care of their health and their family health differed. Also they had different opinions on the eagerness of people in taking care of their health.
