The purpose of this is to investigate the self-perception of job performance and ethic of thai clinical psychologist. Also investigate relationship of psychological capacities according to the following aspects : Psychological testing. Psychotherapy, Research, Psychological training, Community working and self-development. The additional factors which affect to capability and ethic of Thai clinical Psychologists are also presented in this research such as gender, age, marital status, experience, workplace, education, salary and economic status. Data were collected by distribution of job performance and ethic self-report, which developed by researcher, to 150 clinical Psychology around Thailand, 50 of them were return. The result show that self-perception of Thai clinical Psychologists about their job performance are in medium to high level according to the professional criterion. Base on collected data, job performance can be classified as following: Highest level are Psychological testing. Psychotherapy and ethic. High levels are Psychological training and self-development. Medium level is Community working and research. Moreover, it is found that Clinical Psychological capabilities in above mentioned aspects and psychological ethics are significantly correlated at confident level 0.05 (p=0.05) expects of Psychological testing with Psychological training and psychological testing with Community working which were influenced from gender, age, marital status, experience and economic status.
