Objectives 1. Study the folk believe and life style to find the factor that effected positive and negation feelings through the patients. 2. Find the strategies that can reduce the rejection feeling to the patients 3. Make new innovations and technologies that can help the multidisciplinary team to communicate with the community Methodology 5 case report, no controlled group Result 5 patients; 4 men, 1 woman were admitted in the psychiatric hospital and had the same community rejective problem, after the multidisciplinary team approached by the community interviewing and the attitudes assessments, we found the same factors that effected the community's attitudes toward the patients. The fear of violence pictures, the hateness of the patients's behaviors, the anger of the patients's aggressions induced the negative attitude and the rejection. After develop the short movied technique that included the details of symptomatology, psycho education, and how to predict and handle with the patients's symptoms as a new innovation, the communication with the communitigs were succeeded, the patients could reunion with their home, take care of them. Conclusion As being a psychiatric staffs we should work with the community continuously, and develop the innovations and technologies that are suitable and sensible for improve the communication and gain the positive that are necessary for the community reunion program.
