A single, 28-year-old female, who was diagnosed schizophrenia, paranoid type took olanzapine overdose, 210 mg at once. After that she had confusion, drowsiness, slurred speech and mild symptom of akathisia that spontaneously recovered without using any medication in 12 hours. No hematological, liver function, renal function and cardiac function changes revealed from laboratory investigation.
