The purpose of this study wee (1) to develop computer assisted instructed program focused on tutorial for the medical students. (2) to test the program's effectiveness. The researcher developed CAI entitled "Intelligence: Theories and Practices" consisted of using the Toolbox II Instruction seventh version, consisting of 136 electronic. The programming Language was modified Hyper Text called Open Script. Most of the pages contain Thai text, images, and sound effects. Cognitive, Affective, and Psychomotor Domain were the endpoints measured. The fourth-year medical students were divided into two groups; control and experimental group. The results of program's testing by evaluating knowledge of the students reveal that there was not statistically significant at p‹0.05 level in Cognitive Domain between the control and experiment group after learning by using CAI. However, the satisfaction scores in the experiment group tended to be higher than the control group. For the Affective and Psychomotor Domain, the experiment group reported in extremely high satisfaction scores. The CAI courseware on "Intelligence : Theories and Practices" can be useful for self-study by medical students, despite the apparently small improvement in the number of correct answers to "Intelligence : Theories and Practices" questions.
