To examine the validity of wechsler abbreviated scale of intelligence -Thai version (WASI-T), compared means of subtest with different age and gender study correlation between IQ and grade point average (GPA) . The subjects were the primary school students in Bangkok ranged in age from 6-11 years. The total number of subject was 420 that consists of 210 boys and 210 girls. The data was collected by WASI-T. One ANOVA, t-test, Pearson product moment correlation and factor analysis were used for statistical analysis. The results revealed that boys scored significantly at 0.05 level on block design and performance part. Mean scores of WASI-Tsubtests were significantly different at 0.05 level on 6 age groups. Mean scores of some WASI and WASI-T subtests of different age groups were significantly different at 0.05 level. The construct validity of WASI-T consists of one factor general factor. The correlation coefficient between IQ and QPA correlated with flanging from 0.26 to 0.39.
