In the study the supervisor at Srithanya has developed clinical practicum manual and practicum evaluation form. The manual and the evolution form were approved by the supervisor of university and Srithanya Hospital. The Clinical manual and Practicum evaluation form were used with the group of clinical psychology students at Chiengmai University between November 2000 to February 2001 at Srithanya Hospital the attitude to the Clinical practicum manual and evaluation from were examined among advisors and clinical psychology students. Finally the result from the analysis were used to revise the manual and the evaluation form again and become model of the complete manual and evaluation form. The recommendation of the study is the evaluation forms need to be improved by changing some questions and the assessment criteria. The manual is suitable for both curricular activities and evaluation criteria. However, the evaluation forms need to be changed in some questions that psychiatrists and psychologists share.
