The objectives of this study were to study the implementation of the health promoting hospital policy in Khon Kaen Rajanagarindra Psychiatric hospital and to analyze relationships among factors influencing the policy implementation of the health promoting hospital. The samples were selected from Cohen (1988). The process of data collection was accomplished by questionnaires with the reliability was .97 (tested by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient) and 170 responses (100 % response rate). The results of the study showed that the implementation of the health promoting hospital policy in Khon Kaen Rajanagarindra Psychiatric hospital were at the moderate level. Results from the chi-square test and the pearson product moment correlation coefficient showed that the independent variables : age, position, organizing, controlling, financing, directing and structuring factor had relationships with the dependent variable. Results from stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the independent which exerted the highest influence on the dependent variable were the organizing factor to be followed by controlling, financing, directing and structuring factor. Every independent variable was found to have 72.2 % forecasting of the dependent variable. The study presented recommendations for the hospital director, as a main body in issuing policy and policy standard should be clearly objectives and public relations to all related people.
