Ojectives: 1.Study foctors of Buddha strategies and scriptures that promotes psychiatric rehabilitation. 2.Study processes of rehabilitation programrun by monks,followed Buddha's oaths. 3.Study successfus factors that reflect by acceptance and admiration from community. 4.Study how to use this strategies world wide. Method: Descriptive study using information from interviewing and medical records. Results:1.Buddh's oaths and scriptures promote the leadership of the monk to help human creatures who was suffered by any injury eventhough by the mentall illness. 2. Rehabilitation processes run by monks are as same as the medical rehabilitation program such as environmental therapy, activity therapy ,occupational therapy andpsycho-social treatment.3. The strong inspiration and the intensive working of the master for 12 years long the persent to the community is reflect by the community well cooperation and acceptance without rejection.4. we can use the concept of respectation in human being followed by Buddha's oaths and the concept of helping without any expectation in every rehabilitation center. Conclusion: The Strong believing in Buddha's oaths of the master refer to the continueous 12 years intensive work in psychiatric rehabilitation for all the monks who suffered by mentall illness, the community response.
